(More customer reviews)This is a good product as it does what it is advertised as doing, secures keys to one's belt and makes them easily accessible. I need now to see if it continues to operate well over time. I have had this one for only a few weeks. Compared to another key retractor I owned, this one is superior because the extending chain operates much more smoothly and the clip doesn't damage my belt because it fits too tightly.
