(More customer reviews)I bought this item brand new and in hot pink colored (caught my eye). Flashy, small & cool looking! However, it contains 1 LED light which is bright but not wide spread. So when reading it lights up only the center of the page. You will have to constantly reposition it to keep from straining your eyes.The constant bending and reposition will affect the fragile wiring on this thing.About 10-15 uses after buying this product, I noticed a flikering (very annoying).It slowly worsens the more I used it. In fact, I put the thing away and haven't used it again b/c of the annoyance. Thank goodness I didn't pay much for it. Value for the money is about a "7" because you get what you pay for.Spend the money and try something else with more than 1 LED in it. My next bet is finding something with a real light bulb in it or maybe I will just annoy my husband at bed time and read with the lights on :)

(More customer reviews)I work nights and this light is a great "hands-free" flashlight when working with equipment in the dark.Between work and off time, I would swap it to a different hat.About 2 weeks after I bought it, one of the clip legs broke.I contacted the company and, even thought there is a warrenty on the packaging, they said the clip was not covered.Their attitude was "too bad, so sad".So I tried a variety of "super glue" types of adheasives and none were strong enough to keep it from rebreaking.Now I am left with a small, awkward, hand-held flashlight. For the same money, I could have bought a good, dependable Mini Maglite that will last for years.

(More customer reviews)The light is so dim, you have to hold the book to your face in order to see the pages.I did this for about 2 weeks before I realized I was straining my eyes too much (not good), was thinking I need to get a different reading lamp, then all of a sudden the light just burned out on me.After two weeks.And I don't use it every night and never for longer than 30 minutes.Even though it's cheap, don't purchase this lamp...the quality is very cheap. Mighty Bright lamps from Borders for $15 work 10 times better.

(More customer reviews)I just returned from a dove hunt during which I used this thing constantly and am highly impressed.The rubber-covered switch worked well and seems solid, the five white LEDs emit enough light to work or walk by (I didn't field-test the included red set), the unit is small, light and well-positioned above the cap bill, and the tilt feature is invaluable.I can't imagine the weird head angles purchasers of the non-tilting version must adopt in order to get things done.My sole complaint regards the unit's sad little 90-day warranty.It feels like Cyclops has a five-star product here, if only they'd man up and stand behind it.

If you use a flashlight or even headlight/hat light for doing things around a campsite, I highly recommend you get this.It makes task completion roughly as easy as if done in daylight.Will edit this review if/when the unit fails in the future and/or the batteries fail prematurely.

(More customer reviews)I have been looking for an LED clip on light that I can use while running at night on the bike paths in our area.Most products that I saw had many reviews about the plastic clips breaking.When I saw this had metal clips, I grabbed it right away.

It is much smaller than I anticipated, about 1 inch wide, 1.5 inches long, and about 1/4 inch thick.The LED's are very bright (it hurts to look into them, and I do not suggest it).At night, I can see details of trees in the woods that are on the other side of the backyard.This is also so light, it is barely noticeable on my hat.
